The ladders are designed to be competetive and drive improvment and desire.
Players can challenge up to two spots once per week. The winner moves up to the challenged spot with a victory and a defeated challenged player drops one spot with a loss.

Grading Policy:
Tennis is a participation class and athletes are graded on the belief that one has to dress-out in athletic wear, arrive prepared with racquet in hand and participate in drills and match play to get credit for that given day. There are 100 points per week and every day of non-participation results in a loss of 20 points resulting in a "B" for the week.
